Festival #7 is now history. What a great weekend! Too bad the weather forecasters got it so wrong. Most of the predicted storms never materialized and the show went on as planned. Those who attended were treated to some incredibly good music and fun. Lots of positive feedback from the fans and performers. Big thanks to everyone who made this the best one yet. Despite the lower attendance, we plan to be back next year with #8.

Our ol' buddy John Trout from WYEP-FM's "Traditional Ties" show and Ligonier's Jeff Bell once again serves as emcees, both keeping the show on schedule and adding that "certain something" to the festivities. (Whatever that may be.) First class sound was provided by Don, Ginger, and Steve of Soaring Eagle Productions, Bedford, PA. (We got tons of compliments on the great sound from both the fans and performers.)

Just a reminder... the festival benefits the Ligonier Township Volunteer Fire Department, Station #44. Their hard work, coupled with your support for them and the music, makes this a "win-win" for everybody. They deeply appreciate your attendance and your spreading the word about the festival.
